Pole Classes

These classes are offered 5-6 days a week.

Pole *Intro $25 per classFrom $13 per visit with *New Students 2 class DEAL! passPurchase required to enroll

* Designed for Intro + ALL LEVELS from Beginners to a bit more experienced.

You will experience a new way to use your body to gain strength and learn the basic fundamentals of Pole for Fitness. We will work on Spins, Walks, Transitions, and Climbs. This class is for the person that is New to Pole for Fitness or wants to Master the Basic

This is a class for ages 14 and up.

Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.


Pole *Level Up + $25 per classFrom $13 per visit with *New Students 2 class DEAL! passPurchase required to enroll

This class is the level you should take after Intro to Pole, it is designed for students that have taken at least 10 Intro/Pole classes and feel ready to work on your climbs, Inverting and some tricks in the air.... you must be able to hold your own weight on the pole.
Bring your Pole Abilities to a Level Up---- (this class has a minimum of 5 enrolled to hold class, if 5 are not enrolled 12 hours before, class will be cancelled)
Pre-requisite - Must have completed a at least 10 Classes before attending this Classes. We will work on moves that require pole confidence.

Pole Flow *All Levels $25 per classFrom $13 per visit with *New Students 2 class DEAL! passPurchase required to enroll

* Designed for Beginners.
-This class is a fun and flowy class that places a focus on connecting a series of movements in an effortless and beautiful way, while also support the ability to freestyle movement using the pole.

This is a class for ages 14 and up.

Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.


Pole *Fit & Tricks $25 per classFrom $13 per visit with *New Students 2 class DEAL! passPurchase required to enroll

This class is an All Levels class (but, not NEW Students) it is designed for students that have taken at least 5 Intro or Level Up classes prior.

If you are NEW to our studio, please attend at least 5 intro classes or a 6 week Intro course prior to attending this class. This class has people of all levels in it and it can be intimidating to new students who don't have the basic moves mastered yet.

This is a class for ages 14 and up.

14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.
