AERIAL SILKS *INTERMEDIATE
-Take your aerial silks skills to a new level! Learn to climb, twist, wrap, and drop from new heights in our intermediate aerial silks class!
-This class is designed for intermediate levels - experience is REQUIRED for this class (see requirements below).
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.
**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have attended at least 1 Aerial Silks *Intro class at The Pole Barn Studio AND received instructor approval to attend *Intermediate Silks.
-Must be able to climb to the top of the silks 3 times in a row.
-Must be able to pencil invert from the ground and/or in the air and hold for 5+ seconds.
-Must be able to straddle invert from the ground and/or in the air.
-Must be able to wrap footlocks securely and evenly.
-Must be able to pull self into a diaper and hip lock climb when silks are tied in a knot.
-Must be able to hold self in the air for 5+ seconds with bent AND straight arms.
**All requirements must be done safely, securely, and independently without step-by-step instruction. **
