AERIAL SILKS *INTRO
-Learn foundational skills for aerial silks while also getting a total body workout! Each class will challenge and increase your upper body and core strength while also increasing your flexibility.
-This intro class is designed for ALL ability levels - no experience is necessary to take this class.
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.


**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
