SILKS SEQUENCES:
Silks sequences class is designed to focus on connecting beginner moves together, bringing combos and flows together to create sequences. To attend this class: please be comfortable doing foot locks, climb to the top of the silks & diaper (starfish) on the knot.

-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.
**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
