POLE DANCE *INTRO
In this class, we will use all that you have learned in Intro to Pole and apply them to pole dancing. While working on controlling our movements, we will learn how to safely move around our pole and transition between moves. While learning a choreographed intro dance. Some routines will utilize the Chair and others might be more floor work and knee pads would be suggested. Your instructor will let you know in advance of class to help you prepare.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have attended at least 3 pole classes with us prior to attending.
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian signed waiver before your 1st class.**
