POLE DANCE *INTRO

In this class, we will use all the tricks you have learned in Intro to Pole and apply them to pole dance.

While working on controlling our momentum, we will learn how to safely move around our pole and transition between moves. You will learn a choreographed dance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have attended at least 3 pole classes with us prior to attending.
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.

**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
