Terms and conditions for Monthly 15 Membership $159.95
This plans allows you to attend up to 15 classes a month for only $159.95 on a re-occurring monthly automatic payment plan, your
card on file will be charged on the 1st of the Month. Unused class will be rolled over, maximum of 15 can rollover a month total.
You may not share you plan or passes.
**Monthly committed Memberships can only be canceled AFTER your minimum time commitment of 3 months is complete. *If you wish you cancel after the commitment has been fulfilled, you will need to provide 30 days notice via email to info@polebarnstudio.com. If at anytime your card is declined, you cancel your membership, or do not provide intent to cancel without proper notice, you will lose all of your classes and rollover classes.
* If you purchase anytime in the middle of the month, your plan will be pro-rated and your monthly fee will always occur on the 1st of every month.
If at anytime your card is declined, you will lose all rollover classes and your membership will be cancelled.
