AERIAL YOUTH *ages 7-13
Develop strength and flexibility and become acquainted with body placement while moving in the air and on the ground as well as upside down. Youth Aerial class focuses on flexibility, strength training, coordination, proper technique, aerial safety and body awareness while in the air.
Please note - we don't allow parents to stay or spectators to watch. Children must be able to follow directions safely.
**All youth attendees must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to attending their first class**
