Terms and conditions for 1 hour PARTY Deposit
PLEASE NOTE ~ The Party Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! If you cancel your date, you lose your deposit.
If you need to reschedule for any reason, you will be charged a new deposit and have to book your party again with an additional deposit fee to change your date.
No Refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THE POLE BARN STUDIO does NOT OFFER any money-back guarantees OR REFUNDS. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Any and all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. One hundred percent (100%) of all fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
CHARGEBACKS - YOU AGREE NOT TO ATTEMPT ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARD CANCELLATIONS OR CHARGE BACKS THROUGH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
Rescheduling (time, date, or party type) you must email Info@polebarnstudio.com immediately. Rescheduling of time, date or party type is based on Managements SOLE Discretion. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you will be charged a new deposit and have to book your party again with an additional deposit fee to change your date.
Cancellations will result in 100% forfeit of all deposits & fees.

We ask that you arrive on time (not earlier) and that you do not stay and linger into the next groups party time.
~ If your party does stay after your time ends, your credit card on file (yes, you must keep a card on file) will be accessed a fine of $25 per every 10 minutes you go over.

Rules:
No jewelry of any kind can be worn. Please remove or cover with a bandage to avoid scratching the poles or ripping the Silks or Scratching the Poles.
Credit Card must be kept on file for any excessive damage or for cancellation fees.
Please note that your email on file is how we communicate with you about your party, we don't sell or spam you, but if we can't get a hold of you.... we can't find out details from you about your party.
