This beginner-friendly lyra (aerial hoop) class introduces young students to the magic of aerial arts in a safe, supportive environment. Students will learn foundational spins, mounts, and poses while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Each week focuses on fun movement progressions that encourage creativity and self-expression in the air! No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new and have fun.
