No matter your fitness level, this is the class for you! Just a different way of sweating the day off. We will work simple fitness exercises using the silks and your own body weight. We will aim for a work out, but also focus on balance, stretching and strength.

- This ALL levels class is made for all individuals looking to further their flexibility and strength. *Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.*
