CHAIR DANCE *INTRO
In this class, we will use all that you have learned in Intro to Pole and apply them to chair dancing. While working on controlling our movements, we will learn a choreographed routines while utilizing the Chair and transition between moves. Floor work might be included and knee pads would be suggested. Your instructor will let you know in advance of class to help you prepare.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have attended at least 3 pole classes with us prior to attending.
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
