Monthly 2 Membership $39.95 $39.95 every month • 2 visits per Month • This MONTHLY PLAN has a 3 MONTH MINIMUM commitment! Plan auto renews each month and will continue until you cancel with a 30 day notice email, If you wish you cancel AFTER the minimum 3 month commitment has been fulfilled, you will need to provide 30 days notice via email to info@polebarnstudio.com This plans allows you to attend up to 2 classes a month on a re-occurring monthly automatic payment plan, your card on file will be charged on the 1st of the Month. Unused class will be rolled over, maximum of 2 can rollover a month total.* You may not share you plan or passes. * If you purchase anytime in the middle of the month, your plan will be pro-rated - your monthly fee will always occur on the 1st of every month
