POLE *EXOTIC CHOREOGRAPHY - ALL LEVELS
Our Pole *Exotic Choreography class combines exotic dance and cardio in the best way! You will forget that you are working out as you learn and build upon a choreographed dance routine. Each week we take time to review the dance from the beginning so all are welcome to start at any point in the routine. Heels and kneepads are highly recommended but not required!

-New to dance? No worries! This class is made for all levels!

-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.
**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
