POLE *CHOREOGRAPHY
-Our Pole *Choreography class combines dance and cardio in the best way! You will forget that you are working out as you learn and build upon a choreographed dance routine. Each week we take time to review the dance from the beginning so all are welcome to start at any point in the routine.
-New to dance? No worries! This class is made for all levels!
-All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.

Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.
