- No matter your fitness interest, this is the class for you! We will work on your splits and mobility along with increasing overall whole body flexibility.
- This ALL levels class is made for all individuals looking to further their flexibility.
- All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.

**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
