FIT AND STRETCH
- No matter your fitness level, this is the class for you! We will work simple fitness exercises using the Pole, weights and your own body for half of the class and the other half will be focused on mobility, balance, stretching and increasing overall whole body flexibility.
- This ALL levels class is made for all individuals looking to further their flexibility.
- All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.

**Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before your 1st class.**
