POLE FLOW *Any Level
 - This class is for anyone that loves pole dance and wants to learn how to string your moves together. In Pole Flow *Any Level, we continue to build the ability to sequence moves together while also increasing on our knowledge with floor work, spin pole, and pole tricks.
- Some classes use shorts, kneepads, and/or tall socks/leg warmers

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have attended 6 pole classes with us prior to attending. This ensures you have foundational skills necessary before coming to this class.
- All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.

Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.
