Get flexy lickety splits! We help you nail those splits and improve your back arch and range of motion in all your joints. Create the beautiful lines of a dancer, long and lean muscles. It is okay if you are not flexible…yet….This class complements any sport you enjoy. We incorporate massage balls, foam rollers and stretching straps to go that little bit extra. Perfect for all fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes, leg warmers and socks. Bring lots of water. This is a 1 hour class.

- All participants within this class must be 14 years or older.
Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.
