Terms and conditions for PB Playground *MEMBERS Only

Management Approval is required for all Plans

Membership requires:

  • Manager Approval
  • Waiver Acceptance
  • Online Training completed
  • Deposit paid (will be refunded in the form of Account Credits after cancellation, only if you cancel in good standing)
  • Valid Credit Card on File

In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the Open Access Membership and/or to use its equipment, I agree to the following waiver and release ~

  • No Guests are allowed inside with you. Not to wait, Not to use the bathroom, not to watch, not to spot. NO ONE can come with you inside under any circumstances. You must be age 18 and up, minors are NOT allowed in the studio. You may NOT bring anyone with you. You may NOT bring your children with you. You are also NOT allowed to bring pets with you. Lock the door after entering and Lock it again when you leave. Do Not answer the door, Do Not let anyone in, Do Not engage with anyone outside the premises.
  • Keep your entry Passcode private and make sure you cover your hands when entering it into the lockbox. Each person will be given their own unique code, so that we know who has accessed the studio at what times. Keep it safe! Keep us Safe, KEEP THE STUDIO SAFE! Do Not touch the Merchandise, the cash register or go into staff only areas. If you want to make a purchase, please do it during Class times with a staff member. Only exception is that you may buy a water with cash by putting your $1 in the jar.
  • You must not be under the Influence of anything - NO Alcohol, NO Drugs (anything that could influence you) nothing can be consumed before or during your time at the Open Studio Sessions. Do Not Bring anything with you to consume at the studio/except water.
  • Must have a valid Credit Card on file at ALL TIMES. If at anytime your card is declined, your membership will be terminated and you will have to apply again to re-enroll. Membership is NOT guaranteed and can be withdrawn at anytime for any reason, it is the sole discretion of the Pole Barn Management team to decide if your membership will be cancelled due to any rule violation or to any negative payment processing. Must have the Studio Waiver on file signed and this contact signed and on file.
  • Must attend an ONLINE Registration Orientation prior to your first Open Studio time.
  • Must USE all equipment safely. Crash mats should always be used and all other safety practices are required during entire open access studio usage.
  • Must pre-register for the time that you will be in the studio. Canceling is FREE for if you have registered and don’t attend. If you are in the studio and haven’t registered for that time, you will forfeit your deposit and lose your membership privileges. You can register at the time you park your car, but it must be before you put your access code into the door.
  • Blockout out times and days: Parties are always going to take precedence. Even if they are booked after you register, you will be bumped. Classes being held are blocked out, not available for your use.
  • You must Vacate the Studio a Minimum of 30 minutes before any scheduled classes or Parties.
  • Sound: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Each classroom has a sound MAX sticker. Do NOT go over it. It is better to use wireless headphones, but if you need to use the sound system, please keep the music to a minimum. Loud music could violate city rules and if we receive any complaints, your membership will be revoked.
  • No PRIVATE Sessions or Training or Private Lessons are allowed; even to other Open Access Members/only exceptions are APPROVED Personal Trainers.
  • Leave the Studio as you found it OR BETTER. Clean up after yourself, if you use something, replace it. Due to Covid concerns, clean the equipment before and after using.
  • The Studio is also available for other Open Access members to use, please be respectful of others. We limit the use to 2 people max!
  • Use the Studio at your OWN RISK, The Pole Barn and its owner/staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or mishaps that could happen during your time inside the studio.
  • You must have valid Health Care insurance and use that if any injuries happen. The Studio is not responsible for any of your medical bills or health problems/issues.
  • Only work on things that you are comfortable with inside your skillset. This time is not the time to work on new moves or things you don’t feel very comfortable with.
  • The Studio does not have Instructors or Supervised times for you in the Open Access Membership and the Cameras are NOT monitored. The cameras are only looked at IF a concern is raised or if an injury is reported. If at anytime anything does happen during your time, you MUST Immediately report it to the management team, so that we can keep a record for our files. If you see any safety concerns, you must also report them right away to prevent anything from happening to anyone else.
  • Your Enrollment fee is a deposit, after you have ended your membership, you will receive the deposit back in the form of account credits IF you have not violated any of the rules or conditions in this agreement.
  • The Open Access Membership is a privilege that is only granted to Current Students, Members, Staff OR on a case by case basis to a former student. Exceptions do apply, that’s why each membership request is reviewed by our Management team to make sure each Member is ready to have this privilege granted to them. Purchase is by approval only and not given out without the Membership team agreeing and having completed the Orientation.
  • If at anytime, any one of these rules are violated your access will be terminated, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to return, except for Staff instructed Classes at managements sole discretion.
