NOTES AND REMINDERS:
Due to the NEW mask mandate, masks are required for those who are not vaccinated. Those who ARE vaccinated may participate in class without a mask, if desired.

The bathroom is upstairs at the end of the hall. Please wash your hands immediately after checking in.

ALL CLASSES:

-Shoes are not worn past the front door. Please take them off in the cubbies in the foyer area.

-Please use hand sanitizer before entering classrooms and touching equipment.

-Please check in for your class with either the front desk or with your instructor.

-Water is available for purchase ($1 per bottle) or can be brought from home.

POLE:

-Shorts are suggested but not required. We also sell shorts if you would like to buy a pair while visiting the studio.

-Heels are not typically worn in this course.

-No jewelry as this can scratch and damage the poles. Please remove before class or cover with a bandage.

-We supply a sanitizing solution. Please provide your own small towel/rag.

-Tall socks, leg warmers, and/or knee pads are suggested but not required as classes may focus on some floor-work.
